Return Policy
You may return any unopened merchandise in its original condition, including original sealed packaging within 30 days of invoice date and you will receive a full refund, less shipping and gift-wrapping charges.
All online orders must be shipped back to our warehouse. We do not accept online returns in stores. You should expect to receive your refund within 2-3 weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. You will be notified via email when your refund has been processed.

We ship to Australia, United States, United Kingdom, Canada, and New Zealand. Estimated delivery times:
- Australia: 10-20 business days
- United States: 7-15 business days
- Canada: 10-20 business days
- United Kingdom: 10-20 business days
- New Zealand: 12-22 business days
Free shipping on orders over $50. A flat rate of $4.99 applies to orders under $50.
